The best thing here was a meat/cheese board.!!. We aren’t from around here and were so excited to go but was pretty disappointed, sadly. I ordered the pho and it was AWFUL with mint and just random greens , no actual veggies . No taste what so ever I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it, so then I ordered the calamari but it came drenched in Thai sauce(not like the pictures of these other people)& not crispy with a bunch of greens underneath it. My sis ordered a salad and that was pretty good but had to get extra dressing because it only came with a tiny bit. We ran out of water and lemonade and I had to ask for more at the end towards us getting the check. I let server know I couldn’t eat the pho , my sis ended up asking could we get that taken off bill because I genuinely only ate 3 1/2 bites and just put it to side. I was so thankful to get that taken off that bill so I very much appreciate that!! She gets 5 stars for that. Everyone was really nice though! I hate writing bad reviews , I don’t ever even review things but I was just so disappointed.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way to a family reunion. We wanted good healthy food options with a flavor of atmosphere. Bohemian Bar & Bistro delivered on both. They had a wide variety of happy hour options, both food and drinks. My wife had the Orecchiette Alfredo which was delicious. The Alfredo sauce was not overly rich which was nice. I had the Bohi burger with sweet potato fries. The beef was what stood out. Very tender and tasty. We dined on the rooftop which provides awesome views. The staff were very engaging and friendly. Most of the patrons knew the staff by name which is always a positive thing. If you are in the Grants Pass area traveling I-5, it is worth the extra time to get to this place.
Cute place, nice location but it doesn’t have good food. I’ve given it a go more than a few times always hoping it will be better than the last because people in GP rave about it. I’ve taken family there and every time the food wasn’t good. Pastas have minimal meat, meat is overcooked, cioppino served at a weird temp with no flavor, and lackluster plates of food that cost more than they should. I don’t take family and friends there any more when they visit. On the positive side the drinks are great and they have a nice wine selection.
Great experience. The shrimp scampi was unbelievably good. We couldn't get enough of the sauce. He had the lamb gyro and fries and I had the wedge which was a neat twist on the traditional wedge salad with shrimp added and so good! Took a while for the food to come out but the place was incredibly busy and the service was good.
Pretty good food for the price. The chicken in my wife's salad was just OK, and a bit dry, but it wasn't bad. My streak was cooked perfectly and for $28 it included mashed potatoes and veggies which were both delicious. The steak knife could be sharper as the steak isn't the most tender of cut, but it wasn't tough either, right in the middle. But the mushroom sauce was very good and I'm glad they put it on the side as it was strong. Tastes great on everything. I also highly recommend the Boh G&T drink, if I like G&T's, give it a try.
