We got there 20 minutes before close and offered to take the food to go so we didn't keep the staff late. They assured us it wasn't a problem to stay and eat. We got the 9 piece chicken, which came with 2 sides and 6 rolls. We also got large fries. The chicken came in a box and each of us got a plate and personal cups of the sides. The fries came in a huge box which we weren't able to finish. My mom swears this is the best potato salad she's ever had! Everyone there was super nice and so happy to hear we thought it was delicious.

From Myrtle Beach. Have lived there my whole life!! But moved to Loris a year ago…. I was in the mood for fried chicken and my husband wanted the shrimp and fish… I saw Betty & Buddy’s on Facebook and took a chance 1st time that we’ve eaten here…. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious!! We Will be repeat customer ‘s and we’ll recommend too everyone!! ???? ???? ????

We were looking for a quick bite to eat on the way home from the beach and found this gem! Fried chicken like grandma used to make, livers, gizzards, porkchop sandwiches and the tastiest and hottest fresh greenbeans! Even the gravy was extra good. Your tea glass was never low. A beautiful local find! Kindest husband and wife cooking and serving! Go check them out in Tabor NC!

Worth the Trip! Good Food, Great Service, Amazing people and Prices. Me and the Wife took a trip to see what all the fuss was about and it was worth it. I had the Shrimp plate with a chicken leg on the side with Okra and Potato Salad. Wifey loved the fish plate with collard greens and Okra. The food was so good we ended up getting Fish sandwiches and collards to go! I definitely will be back again!

This place is a wonderful find. Excellent fried chicken, delicious sides. The staff is always friendly. If you find yourself in Tabor city , you really should stop in if you never have. I highly recommend.
