Nicole & William do a fabulous job. It’s not worth going anywhere else! Great service every visit. They take their time, make sure you are satisfied and care a great deal about quality! Thank you!

First time coming here in a year. Different staff (or owners?) than when I came here before. Issues were cleanliness, customer service, and quality. I had reservations for 10:30 am in a Saturday. Place was completely empty, except the 3 employees. Chair I was offered had a long black hair on the towel that I picked off before sitting down. (if we were their first customers because they opened at 10 and were empty, it makes me wonder how long that towel has been unwashed.) Wasn’t offered a menu of services before starting. Just asked me to sit down, and they immediately started a basic pedicure where they just trimmed my nails and used a filing machine before painting. No massage at all. (Just machines to exfoliate and trimming of my nails, so no stress release at all or pampering like I was hoping for.) Little oil on my legs after my nails were painted, and the tech lightly rubbed their gloved hands on my legs and feet to get it in. Again, no massage. Most of the rubbing was on my bone. Also, my massage chair didn’t work properly, so no massage for my back either. I have polish off my nails in my skin, and my mom’s polish was uneven and painted poorly. My nails are trimmed to different lengths. Worst pedicures I’ve had. So disappointed. The techs were too busy on their phone when I went to check out, had me standing at the counter for a few minutes before I said something because all 3 were so buried in their phones. No other customers on a Saturday. I guess their other regulars have already gone elsewhere, like I will be doing now.

This place is absolutely filthy. The thought of leaning against the nail counter filled me with dread. After my pedicure, my feet still ache, and the state of my manicure is even worse than before—I can hardly believe it. How is it possible that my nails look more unkempt after a supposedly professional treatment? I can’t imagine setting foot in this establishment again.

Seen the reviews and was nervous but decided to take a chance. I called prior to arrival. Inquired about the prices was quoted and so I decided to go in. Upon arrival, greeted instantly at entrance. ???? The gentleman Will was attentive and seen I was very pregnant and told me to soak for awhile while awaiting the pedicure and full acrylic set. As I was trying to get in the chair he was very helpful in ensuring that I was not too exposed trying to adjust (38 weeks pregnant and struggled to get in chair) he made sure to cover me because I was wearing a dress (yes even in 28 degree weather ????). He provided me the color choices and then he let me know about how long the desired services would take and then Nicole arrived. She was a ray of sunshine at night. Very stylish let me say first of all. She was tender and asked if I was ok often due to the edema and the repositioning. She helped to reposition my chair to ensure I would not injure Babygirl or self. I am picky about who touches my feet but she was just the right dose of firm but not aggressive. Thorough and swift. Will did my nails and he was tender, he inquired a lot about if I was ok. Did not realize the scents of the nails, etc. would make me nausea. Their service was pretty tentative especially to be later in the work day hours. Forgot to take the photos of the prices. I do recall though that a full set acrylic was $50 and I believe shaping was an additional $5 and then the pedicure was $50 total before tip was $115. I was quoted that same pricing over the phone. So I was thoroughly impressed. I have a Beautiful Baby arriving in a week’s time so my long desired nails was not the safest suggestion but I will or would return. The service alone was something to continually brag of. Great music too. I dozed off twice to the calming sleep music. ???????????? I would love to see how long the quality last but I am confident that it will be impressive too.

I’ve been getting acrylics here for a year now. The owners are highly skilled and creative. When I get a fill, they do not file down too far. My nails wear really nicely. They have a huge assortment of colors including chromes and cats eye/magnetic polish. I recommend calling for an appointment.
