**ETA in response to the owner- my children were never not by my side and were never playing in chemicals or products. Anytime my toddler touched anything it was promptly put right back by MYSELF. I don’t appreciate my experience being downplayed when my family was 100% being profiled and watched for absolutely no reason. If anything was an issue why wasn’t I ever approached by an employee? Yes we did try on a wig, because why wouldn’t you with the return policy so strict? You and your partner waited until my attention was elsewhere (finding the associate that had been hyper focused on us to ask her for assistance) to approach my MINOR children the ONLY time I did step away and tell them to stop touching things and “you have to pay for that”. I was never approached by anyone as an adult.I stand by everything I say. You racially profile your customers and you should be ashamed. Not everyone is a thief. ** It’s extremely concerning to me how this business caters to ethnic groups, but is so obviously racist. How do you depend on African Americans for profit, but treat everyone in the store like they’re criminals. I am a white woman with mixed children. I have never in my life been followed thru a store before and told I need to watch my child (four year old constantly by my side) and “you have to pay for that”… um why wouldn’t I be paying for it? I ask for help, and the woman gives me the wrong item. She comes out to my car to inform me that she sold me the wrong thing. She says I can come in for a partial refund and the correct item (I pointed out the price difference to the woman before purchasing, but of course they know everything). She says she’ll have to give me the display item instead of a new one (maybe they were sold out?) so I agree. I get to the counter and this woman pulls out a new wig for her mannequin and bags up the display for me. She has me sign the receipt and says “okay no return or exchange now” … this place really rubbed me the wrong way and I will NEVER go back here. I used to come here all the time when my daughter was younger and I never had this happen. Please be aware- they profit off your ethnic needs, but they do not like you! Please stop keeping these people in business and find somewhere you will be treated with common decency and respect.

The older lady tried to do a switcharoo! I asked to purchase the 24 inch curly wig. She pretended to cut the lace off, told the younger lady to distract me, I heard her say display wig, sure enough, once I inspected the tag, she tried to sell me the display 20 inch which was $30 less. Once she realized she was caught red handed, she offered a 15% discount of the display wig I told her I didn’t want from the start. I received my $150 refund and won’t ever return! They don’t appreciate our business!

If I could give no stars, then I would. Yeah , they maybe friendly when you there. Call with a problem being nice and pleasant and the owner gave me an attitude when I placed all my items to pay for it the cashier didn’t put all my items in the bag. How is that my fault? Check your bag and make sure you have EVERYTHING you place on the counter for them to scan. My bad I had over $70 worth of merchandise that I was purchasing at your store! I will NEVER go there again.

It was clean organized . It had what I wanted nice ppl. It’s in Walmart lot even better
