Bateman Tire & Auto

Whatever y’all do make sure to check what ever work is done by this guys. I outsourced a transfer case and brought it to them so it could be installed and you would think that being an experienced business you would check the fluids and made darn sure it was within operating level, but no. They let me take the truck and ofcourse I break down after I’ve driven it for a while. So I call them up to see what can be done. Response was can’t do anything and don’t trust another shops diagnoses, to that I reply I will bring the truck to you to which he said. Even then I’m not responsible due to me buying the part elsewhere. I myself own a business and trust me when I know im at fault or in the wrong I own up to it. But Jared not once mentioned or said he would work with me. This is a place I won’t be going again????

Having accepted that I have terrible luck with automobiles, I’ve come to rely on Bateman to keep me on the road. I am not car savvy and have been taken advantage of by other repair shops in Jacksonville. I had used their services for car inspections over the years and am thankful to have trusted them to repair my current car. They did the necessary repairs and charged me what I believe was a fair and honest price. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bateman.
