Bar-B-Que Station #3 Ponchatoula

A hidden gem! We were so sad when the Covington location closed and didn’t realize there was a new location in Ponchatoula. We have been here twice in two weeks! Not only is the food phenomenal, but the customer service is beyond fantastic! Joe is the most helpful, charismatic person I’ve ever met! He just made the dining experience hit another level. Highly recommend BBQ Station Ponchatoula!

Very solid establishment. Pulled pork was OK, chicken sandwich was absolutely great. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor... The chicken pieces fell apart as you ate the sandwich, not at all dry like most places. Would definitely recommend.

The Brisket Wrap was Absolutely Delicious! The man who served me was so so sweet. The Independence location doesn't come close to the quality in Ponchatoula

Ultimate Brisket Burger Review: Stopped in for lunch, saw they had a challenge sandwich. Took 8 minutes to eat at a slow pace and enjoy. Very good burger, awesome brisket. If you got an appetite I’d say give it a try. Taste alone makes you want to finish it.

Ponchatoula location could use a little help. Stopped in for supper, my husband ordered a plain brisket sandwich and fries and I ordered brisket nachos. Took a little bit to get our food only to receive it cold, no bbq sauce for the sandwich and no fries. I had to wait to ask for fries because all three employees were helping one customer (3 ladies placing an order for the next day). Employee went to kitchen grabbed a bowl of fries and dumped them in a tray. well, they were cold too. My nachos all came in separate containers for me to assemble myself (liked that idea) only to be disappointed that the meat and cheese was cold too. I have eaten from the Independence and Hammond locations and have always been pleased with the food. I have eaten from the ponchatoula location a few times and have been disappointed in my food. I don’t normally leave reviews but $35.00 for a cold sandwich, fries and nachos is a bit much. (We were the only customers dining in, not like they were extremely busy). And lastly, there was not a clean table in the place.
