Bannockburn Truck Stop

Overnight stay here. Great food at a very reasonable price, lovely hot shower, clean facilities and great conversation! ……not to mention the great view of the mountains in the background! Would recommend!

Turned up stroppy git in charge of truckstop refused me shower and dinner caused I parked outside opposite door didn't want door blocked so people could see it was open no sign saying nop parking just a elcome sign cert welcome sign needs to be removed aswell as that's one stroppy moody auld git running truck stop plus they shut at 7 at night then no toilets but charge for parking avoid at all costs and to the owner less grumpy and more of a welcome like your sign would help never be back and will advise other drivers to avoid he's worried people can't see he's open his attitude prevents people coming in many thanks to the owner for help today.

No toilet after 7pm till 7am or later. You can do it next to your trailer if you want. Rubish place.

Stopped here a few weeks ago. Only 1 good point, the car park is flat. Considering the lack of facilities £20.40 to park is a joke. No facilities at all including toilets between 7 & 1900. Unless of course they go early, & assuming they bother to come in on time, I left at 7 as there was no one there yet & was desperate for the toilet. This could potentially lead to, shall we say having to be careful where you step! Apparently there is room for 34 trucks. Clearly I'm just a rubbish driver because I couldn't find anywhere to park without causing an obstruction with just 12 trucks parked up. I'll admit that some of this is down to inconsiderate drivers. Marked bays would help. Between this place & Sterling services if you have do do a night out round here with "secure" parking I'd advise quitting your job & going home!

A great truck stop, loads of space and good food, great views and excellent service. only downside is the toilets are closed when the cafe is closed. they have UK fuels pump on site to so thats very useful.
