B T's Bar & Grill

This was the third time I had eaten at BTs. My previous 2 visits were both 5 star visits. Not so this time. I saw my server only twice. When she took and delivered my order. Never once did she check on me or ask if I needed a drink refill. I ordered the Reuben as I had ordered it before and it was delicious. Again, not so this time. After I finished the first half of the sandwich, I realized something was different than my previous Reuben. So, I opened the second half a discovered the sandwich was missing thousand island dressing! I really like this place and will return. Hopefully, management will see this review and coach up the servers and the cooking teams. As of this writing, the price for the Reuben was $6 less on the website than what I paid at the restaurant. Also, sodas are $3/ea!

It is not clean at all. The restrooms were dirty, the menus were greasy and the presentation of the food was not good, I don’t have any problems with pets but the waitress was petting a dog but she didn’t wash her hands and continue touching food and attending tables. We ordered two Reuben sandwiches the meat was just a little bit of the corned beef and it was grounded. Mac and cheese looked and taste like a leftovers. For 17 dollars sandwich, it’s not worth it.

Absolutely love what the new owner is doing with this place you can tell just from the live entertainment and new menus and excellent staff big things are coming, lots of pool tables. Seats, and it's family friendly. I look forward to stopping in on a regular basis now. Shout out to Laura Manzi, a local speech therapist with an amazing voice, hope to see her again as well!!!

I took my granddaughter and her friend to eat there. The food was pretty good. The waitress was wonderful.

Food made us sick. Everyone that had shrimp basket from here was very ill the next day. Poor, slow service. I had to get my own refills at the bar several times. The games do not work. The live music is bad, but that may not be their fault. Dirty bathrooms. Would NOT recommend anyone go there except a health inspector.
