I don't like that I paid off my lease, over 20,000 and they go out of business after I buy my vehicle residuals and don't tell a soul they are closing and now I am stuck with a car I can't trade in because they still have a lien on my title! Before that happened, I honestly never had any issues other than something minor. I don't understand how they couldn't warn us ahead of time. So aggravated for months trying to straighten out that I have paid off this vehicle COMPLETELY now and still have no access to a title because THEY DROPPED THE BALL!

This is my third time purchasing a vehicle here. I must say Dj is the best sales person with excellent customer service. Absolutely the pinnacle and standard of customer service and a salesman should be, and outstanding hospitality as well. I wish he worked everywhere. Came in around noon and didn't get out until 6 when he closed due to issues with insurance app, but throughout the whole process he stayed patient and cheerful and reassured me that everything was fine and will work out, while engaging in great conversation and laughs. Highly recommend him and only him. Praise Jesus for giving us such a blessed man.
