Amazing techs and TRUSTWORTHY. My car was overheating and the boss had one of the guys stop what they were working on to take 30 minutes to inspect my vehicle. They quickly diagnosed it and told me the next steps. They also added free coolant and a newer radiator cap for FREE. This level of service is unheard of in this day of age. Thank you All Automotive Repair!!! I'll be back, but hopefully not soon!
DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I came in for an issue with my car lock. They changed the starter, which wasn't broken, then charged me $750 for it. (The lock was not addressed.) The starter they installed sounded bad. I asked them to put back the original starter and refund the charge. They refused. I explained that I intend to write a review describing my experience and threatened me saying "God will come for you and karma will get you back." Excuse me?? The car then broke down two days later. I called them to explain that the starter they installed was indeed bad. They not only did not fix the issue I asked them to, but have **now created a second larger one.** I asked them to refund the charge and reinstall the original starter so that I could at least undo the bad work they did and take the car elsewhere. They refused. He told me that I was "ungrateful for the hard work he did" and then hung up the phone. Quite confused. The hard work he did that only left car broken down on the side of the road in disrepair?? Disrepair in a way it never was before I took it to their shop. **Let me remind you the car had never broken down until they touched it. I simply went for a lock issue.** The car is now at a second shop. That shop requested the original starter and part number of the starter they installed so they can complete their assessment. All Automotive Repair refuses to provide any information regarding the work that they did. Today on the phone he said "I am not speaking to you.' And hung up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH ANYTHING. My card is currently trying to get the charge back and I'm pulling together a claim for small claims court. But I would have so much rather not be a part of this mess. I wish I never trusted my car with this company.
I've recommended so many people here but since my last visit, I had my rack and pinion replaced and so many things were put in wrong. Lately I haven't been able to release my steering wheel when I first start up my car and I've taken it to him three times since he repaired my rack and pinion and he keeps saying there's nothing to be done. Well, turns out the problem was him. Update My husband took the car in to him and apparently he fixed it. I'm out of town and haven't driven it but my husband says it's better. I just know he didn't fix it the many times I went in but he did when my husband went in... interesting. I appreciate he stood by his work but there may have been damage done driving it like that for a year. It also was just a ton of trips to and from and aligning and then to Honda then back to him and then align after everything
This guy was great. He looked over a car that I was buying for like I only charged me 80 bucks and he was really cool. And he had a huge bird that followed him around was it was pretty entertaining.
I took a used car to him before purchasing and he gave it a clean bill of health. In the following weeks, I have found several things that a mechanic should have spotted. And when I asked about the valve adjustment that is due at 100k miles, he insisted that "new engines like this don't need those if they're not making noise." Honda says otherwise
