Akita Express Japanese Grill

One of the best places for fried rice and good cooked chicken, i definitely think they should add another location sucks they don’t have more then one but im so glad they have a location in Morristown definitely recommend if your coming from out of town or somewhere that dont have akita!!!

We went through drive thru. It was packed! Our food came out hot and delicious!! Definitely will try to dine in next time.

Quality has gone downhill over the years in my opinion. And the wait times are ridiculous, sometimes 45 minutes such as this past time with only 4 cars waiting. Better places to eat. Better people will consider you.

The food use to be good, yesterday it was just okay the burnt mushrooms were irritating. The prices went up which was a disappointment but we still kept going. Yesterday I noticed that the plates have gotten smaller and so have the portions. You're actually charging me more and giving me less, I'm done I'll be going somewhere else.

Wife and I went thru the drive thru late yesterday evening. The line was long because this is a popular favorite for the locals. The food is always great BUT on this trip the young man working the drive thru window stole the show! In the middle of all this rush he was extremely polite, helpful and never took the smile off his face even when the car in front of us pulled way too far from the window and he had to practically climb out the window just to reach their payment and hand them their food. I failed to get his name unfortunately but when it was our turn and about to pull away he told my wife to have a blessed day she responded with “I hope you have a very blessed day also”. He responded that she was the first person today to reply to him saying that. To which she said I also pray the Lord blesses you so much for saying that to everyone. He lit up and said I pray the same for you. In this sad disturbing world we live in it’s so nice to see to be greeted by a friendly face especially when most young people today don’t or won’t carry on a conversation with hardly anyone. Worth the trip back just to talk to this young man. May God bless him for the services he provides and the light he shines to all he meets!
