4 Sisters Pho

I came in planning to order pho, but after asking for a recommendation the server highly recommended the bún bò Hu?—and I’m so glad I listened. The broth was incredibly flavorful, rich with just the right amount of spice and depth. It had that perfect balance of savory and aromatic that makes you want to keep sipping even after the noodles are gone. Definitely coming back to try more dishes, but the bún bò Hu? might already be my favorite. The noodles were a bit thinner than what I usually expect with bún bò Hu?, but they still held up really well and soaked up the broth nicely. The texture was spot on, and everything came together beautifully. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town.

Lived in Bremerton 20 years, and everytime we crave Pho this place is closed! (Sundays) we finally got around to trying it today. We ordered the garlic parm wings for an app (10/10 on taste and crunch). I got chicken pad thai (10/10 on spice, flavor, and the portion is huge) and my partner got Pho, he really enjoyed it. Large portion, lots of meat, and the broth is not overly sweet, good balance of sweet and savory (I had a taste) it was fairly busy but we got served fast! My only complaint would be the parking lot is a bit tight and busy, but would definitely come again.

First time trying this place and I could say, you really get a lot for the price you're paying. Food was decent enough and the portions are very generous. Parking is pretty scarce though and the restaurant is dimly lit.

We were looking to kill time and decided to try 4 Sisters. We read the reviews and picked them because they have a vegan menu. We tried two different items - the tofu noodle salad and the lemongrass tofu rice dish plus the tofu fresh summer rolls. Everything was amazing and large portions! Reasonable prices as well and great service - they came by to refill our water multiple times. The place isn't anything fancy, but we don't care about that - it's all about the food for us. If you want a fancy place with mediocre overpriced meals then go elsewhere. If you want a mom and pop atmosphere with amazing meals at affordable prices come here. We will definitely be back often - it's our new date night restaurant of choice! My only caution is if you're vegan, ask for no salad dressing as the default dressing on the salad for the lemongrass tofu is not vegan - but that's an easy fix and they know, but we always like to double and triple check everything as dairy allergies are not fun. Trust me, this place is amazing and you'll be back for more!
