The name of my hairdresser is Carmen. She styles my hair in a fashionable look with a healthy and shining look. Every time I decide to change the style or the color of my hair, she understands the changes I want and makes these amazing transformations. She is definitely a great stylist with a sweet and gentle personality.

I was referred to this salon by a coworker and after reading previous reviews decided to pay them a visit. I went in wanting a certain color but she quoted me $200 that I could not afford that day. She went on to consult my hair and gave me a different option. She said she can tone it down with a color not a toner and it “will look better than what I had” well 4 hours later she tells me I need a trim I explained to her my last cut was 9/26 less than a month ago. She went on to say the end looked damage and with the style it would look better trimmed. She’s the “ professional “ so I trusted her. After her assistant blowed my hair out I noticed the color looks almost the same as I came in. I didn’t see the length really because they curled it out. That night the curls dropped and I was mortified of the cut I had. Over 4 inches were cut from my length and now my hair is literally choppy. I can’t put it in bun and I work in medical field so that’s my go to. It will takes months to be able to fix this cut and style differently. I can’t wear my hair straight anymore due to this chop. I cried I know it’s only hair but I paid $125 for a job that’s horrendous. I reached out to owner and she claims to not had cut too much off. A blind man can see the difference. She would not give me a refund. She stated she followed my same hair pattern which is a lie because my hair was only one length not choppy layers. I don’t want her to touch my hair to correct color I Just want my money back. I have attached the pic of my hair the day before, the style I wanted, the one I got and what it looked like after. HORRENDOUS! Sad she couldn’t take accountability. Poor customer service. After much back and forth she did give me full refund.

Super super good. I loved my experience here. All of them were so nice, especially the one who did my hair. I didn’t get her name but she was such a sweetheart and even offered me some coffee. They did my 3B hair so fast and with no issues, I’m definitely going back!

Omg I had a amazing experience the first time hair was done right. I was so nervous and did not expect to have received such great work Thank you so much. My natural hair almost looked permed but just a blow out flat iron. I have very thick hair just amazing and nice.

1st timer as new resident in the area. My experience was awesome! My appointment was at 4:30, got set up at 4:45 but was taken care of the minute I sat to wash my hair. Ydalia and Frances accommodated me and they were so professional and sweet. It started to rain after my hair was done and Frances offered to wrap my hair, and gave me a cap to make sure it didn’t get wet. I’ll definitely be back as a regular customer! My hair looks and smells so good!
