WS Hand Car Wash

1st and last time having them wash my car. The car wash job was just ok, nothing great, a few spots missed, but overall not horrible. Probably would have given them a second shot. However, on the center console, I have a spot for change. The left side was full of quarters, the right side was nickels and dimes together, both sides were full. Immediately upon getting back in the car, my change was all mixed together. I reorganized it and noticed that my change was taken. They may have taken $4, not a lot. It's just principle. $41.60 for the car wash, $5.00 tip, + whatever change they took = loss of repeat business.

They did a wonderful job on my car. The people were nice and they were very efficient and fast. My car is clean inside and out. I will definitely be going back, especially when it gets a bit warmer ????

The was the most awful service I have ever received. Please see the pictures of my car that was supposed to be detailed. My paint was also chipped on the hood somehow and my vehicle is only 4 months old. This was very upsetting because I have only had a hand wash on my vehicle and it was my 2nd visit there with this vehicle. Another major disappointment was I drove off and they still had my key, so when I turned my vehicle off I was stranded. They don’t speak English when it’s a problem, however have no problem communicating when it’s time to pay. Do not visit any of their locations, you will be disappointed. If I could give a zero I would!

Newly business, I Came here for the first time today and it's very close by in Cobb near everything I came from Toyota and that location didn't happened to wash cars at that dealership. Since I only like hand washes on my cars (just me), lol I searched car hand wash nearby and this place was on the list only mins away. The family and staff are super nice and helpful they did an amazing job. Enough space for many cars to park and they have all the equipment! I would definitely recommend this place and come back. The waiting area is inside with ac too! Thank you!

Ive been going to this car wash for years. They used to be really great but have really gone downhill over the last 2 years. Today I took my truck and paid extra to have the bed washed. They did a really terrible job and it barely looks like they even cleaned it on both the inside and the outside. I will not be returning.
