Waitress were rude, very disappointed. Band was good. Pricing was ok, very loud, had to go other room to talk. Bathroom was cramped and dirty.

I went in on the 9th of september and I was completely blown away by Caitlin’s attitude and service towards guests. As someone who is a frequent visitor to many different bars and restaurants in the city I can say if Caitlin is still there, my friends and I will not be back. Caitlin was very standoffish the minute we stepped in the establishment, we were not greeted with a smile or any type of welcoming gesture just a “what can I get you guys”, made us very poor drinks, and instantly after our drinks were made she went straight in her phone and paid no mind to what was going on around in the establishment. My friend had asked Caitlin about food and she was very annoyed and acted like we had inconvenienced her to do her job, she rolled her eyes and and gave attitude with any questions we had about menu items. The entire time she was on her phone and flirting with whatever man walked through the door. Very unfortunate because The Willew has been a staple in my life for the longest time.

Guy at the front was terrible he wouldn’t leave us alone the entire night. Had someone under 21 with us and he kept giving us talks saying no giving alcohol to minors or other above 21 and we didn’t even buy alcohol. He was very rude towards us as soon as we got there and turns out he was younger than us all. After we left we were in the parking lot loading equipment and he came out and started saying we bought alcohol and brought it to the parking lot. And after we said we didn’t he said we did have it. He there were at least 4 instances where he came up to us and was very rude. Won’t be back.

Good place to go and have some drinks. Good people Good vibes i would recommend to anyone to this bar

We came to hear country music and dance. It was a lot of fun. My brother-in-law's good friend was in the band.
