While traveling in our Motorhome from the East Coast, we had a major breakdown along I-40. West Truck Service took our call and immediately went to work to help us get back on the road. They were kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during a chaotic time for us. While we ended up needing to be towed to Albuquerque, Oliver and his team even took full care of our rig and got it all worked out with the towing company as well. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and should be recognized for top service. Would 100% recommend their services.

The right front brakes on our motorhome seized up on our way through New Mexico and Coach-Net arranged for a tow to West Truck Service. We got in after they'd closed, but Logan (one of the mechanics) was very helpful in getting us set up for the night. The guys got to work on it first thing the next morning and it took a fair bit of effort for them to track down the parts as there's a nationwide shortage of brake components. Once the parts got there the next day, Oliver and Logan worked diligently to get it fixed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and care to make sure we were taken care of in a timely fashion.

Poor communication with customers. Unfair practices. Will do work without consent and overcharge you. Do not bring your truck here if you want good service and fair prices.

My truck broke down 12 miles west of them on I40. Lost the rear driveshaft. And rear differential. Within 45 min they had a service truck on scene and was able to limp truck back to their shop saving me a tow. Within 2 hours had a quote for the repairs. Was able to get all parts and get me back on the road within 24 hours of breaking down. Could not be happier with the service. And they were under the original estimated price. Highly recommend.

Terrible business all around. All they care about is trying to get over on everyone. Unprofessional and won’t talk to you if you question anything. Then try and call the cops on you and continue to refuse to talk. Worst truck service business I’ve ever came across.
