West Side Park and City Beach

We just found out about this beach! Loved it! It has lifeguards a dock for fishing and for jumping. The playground was small but the kids didn’t even use it they were busy swimming. The beach was nice and clean, no seaweed or rocks. There is a volleyball court, picnic tables, and a skatepark. Depending on the day you can use paddle boats, noodles, and kickboards.

Family friendly, lifeguards were on duty when we were there. Even better they have paddle boats, life jackets, and paddle boards to use at no cost! Also, they have balls for volleyball ball net and other items that you can use also at no cost!!! I'd be taking my kids again soon!!!

Great little park, was a little flooded since it rained.

Great little beach for the family. A bit more leeway for adults where they don't have to do the 150 yard swim test to go in deeper end. Free use of paddle boards on availability and swim lessons. Should allow kids in the deeper end with adult permission with life vest as mandatory and lower the distance requirement for the swim test. Keep up the good work staff and lifeguards.

This is a public beach, park and playground for residents and visitors. The water is comprised of a small, well-managed lake, while the park is quite large. The beach is well maintained and the playground is sufficient. This park isn't ever too busy for me and the kids. We always have a good time. There are restrooms and changing areas. The lifeguards are helpful and kind. They do a good job. Grab your floaties and head up to Pine. You will be happy you did. Thanks Pine City!
