Virginia's Cafe

Sat down immediately even though we walked in on a Sunday at 11am. Love that the menu has smaller portions of breakfast items. The pancakes were delicious, as were the hashbrowns. My meal missed a pancake portion but our server then gave us a discount on our ticket. Solid breakfast spot. ????

My bf and I go here about every 2 weeks for dinner bc we like the food and the 2 waitresses that work there are the bestest ever!!!! Once in awhile the fries are bottom of the bag burnt or recooked small hard pieces, we either tell them and get fresh ones or if we don't want to wait we don't get charged for them, the waitresses make it right with us and both have great customer service to their customers. And the best coconut cream pie around!!!!

This was my second time there and by far the worst experience at a cafe around town. I ordered steak and eggs. Steak medium and eggs over easy. Homemade toast which I was told is the best, and a side of French toast. It took over 20 mins to get my meal and others came out before mine who had been there after me. When I got my plate the eggs were about 1/3 uncooked whites. I told her and she said maybe you want medium then. Over easy means it is cooked on both side with a warm runny yoke not uncooked white! This is a restaurant standard. She sends it back and these cooks took the same eggs and fried them hard then put them back over the uncooked whites that had now ran into the hashbrowns (see pic). She forgot my toast but when I got it was burn beyond edible. The steak was hard like leather. Completely wells done not any pink at all. I will not be back here again! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this cafe for over 25 years and it just keeps getting better every year. Great people great staff amazing food. Take the family take your or come and eat by yourself it’s always a pleasure. The pie is delicious the roast beef sandwich meal is to die for. You can order it on Uber eats you can call ahead of time and have your meal waiting for takeout. Great prices too.
