The photos are proof. Today, 3/17/23, she was so very rough. Not to mention what the pics reveal. I know my nails are red but you can see in some of the photos that there is also blood in the cracks of my nails. My nails would bleed more if I bumped them on something, like my desk or keyboard. It's the lady who does nails and pedicures. She is so very rough. Sucks for the man and his wife who are very personable . I've NEVER experienced something like this in my years of getting my nails done. It looks as if my 3 year old great nephew had done my nails. Will never go back there. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

Went yesterday to get full set i have to say the lady did a horrible job.. I use to get my nails done all the time but it has been awhile and they definitely don't do nails like they uses to. The lady didn't have me wash my hands she didn't use the drill to even out the acrylic around nails and she filed them even . I will take my money someplace else. I'm going somewhere now to get them fixed right. Dont go you will be disappointed you did.

I asked for a set of milky colored acrylics, the shaping was not the best at all and my nails looked so bulky. I also felt like it was rushed even though there was only one woman next to me getting a set of her own. I paid $55 plus tip for nails with no color or design and i’m not that happy with them. Idk if it was because i’m a teenager and they thought i would spend whatever but overall im never going back to this place to waste my money..Please do better!

Very bad experience there with the ladies two times. The gentleman working there is very professional and kind to customers. The older lady will not listen and is often on her phone "too busy" to help customers. She complains about customers in front of them and bad energy to the touch. I would highly recommend going somewhere else unless you get one of the kinder younger ladies or the gentleman. Others are very bossy and do not seem happy themselves, only want $$$$. I was charged $45 for removing polish ONLY.

I was there for over three hours because as they were doing my nails they continuously would get up for 5 to 20 minutes at a time many many times. From the beginning it started bas because the girl put on multiple nails crooked and I only asked her to fix the one that was severely noticeably crooked and she tried to tell me that it was my nail that was like that only once I offered to pay five dollars for her to take it off and fix it was she hesitantly willing to fix it even after she fixed it it was still slightly crooked but I left it at that and later on she tried to charge me $15 for fixing her a mistake. After she fixed it she didn’t even file it and made me sit there for 30 minutes and then finally went and had someone else come over and finish my nails. I asked for black and they gave me blue. They lied about their pricing and told me my nails would be one price and then told me a higher price I even confronted them and they still tried to lie and charge me the higher price until I ask them to tell me exactly why it was so much and they still overcharged me but I just left it because I didn’t want to argue. At the end they were so crooked uneven and thicker at the tops they looked absolutely horrendous and so I asked if there was any way they could either fix them or if they could just take them off and give me a refund and they said no they wouldn’t do anything. They tried to tell me that everything I was saying was wrong and that the blue was actually black and that the nails weren’t crooked or anything. They said they’ve been doing nails for years and they know what they’re talking about. After I mentioned making a review they gave me $10 back but I still lost $75 of hard earned money and over three hours of my time for something that looks absolutely horrendous. Very disappointed and will never be returning and making sure all my friends know not to go there.
