V & A Nails

On Friday May 26 I paid $120 for a pedicure and acrylic nails. The nails were super thick. I went to the salon to fix them on Saturday. The man I think is the owner told me that the nails were fine, to which I told him that it was not the first time I had gone to that salon and I reluctantly fixed 4 nails but when I painted them he made it horrible he was very rude he told me that he would not fix it again, to which I replied that I would not return to his salon. On Sunday I have a detached nail. I only have 3 days of having paid and they are not responsible for the bad work

We got there later than we had hoped and they stayed long enough to finish a wonderful manicure and pedicure! They we're very friendly and did way better than what I was imagining! I got these done for my wedding and they came out fantastic!

I have gone to V&A nails a few times for an acrylic fill in. The first time the nail technician did the most amazing job I have ever seen. She took her time, made sure I was happy with the length and shape, and engaged in friendly conversation. The second time I went, the nail technician did the fill in much quicker and didnt ask what I wanted. Additionally, my thumb nail fell off exactly 7 days after the fill in. This is very disappointing after the first positive experience.

Absolutely recommend!! I go here all the time and even when I have no time and they are so understanding quick and great quality!! My skin is so sensitive and easy to cut and never once had an issue here! I always get what I ask for and the price is so reasonable! My natural nails have never been so long and healthy and it’s because of the techs here at this salon!

I have been going to V and A nails for about a year now. I believe it is under different ownership now and the new name is “PNK nails” every time I have gone here they are always on time, do a good job and are very friendly. I’ve only had one bad experience. Last time I went I believe a newer women did my nails and two or three days after they started to get hazy and scuffed but I figured that after two days they wound not redo my nails. Other than that my experience has always been good at a fair price. The ladies that work there are very nice and like to talk to you. I always recommend this place to all my friends and In the Frederick Facebook groups. Everyone I have sent has loved their services!!
