Let me tell you about the amazing experience that I just had. Since it’s my birthday, I really wanted to feel special. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a “Good morning” by the owner AND ALL of the staff. I decided to do a mani/pedi and was introduced to my nail tech, Delilah. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. The environment was pleasant and positive. The quality of work that she did was outstanding and I absolutely will continue to support this business! Oh and by the way, I was also showered with “Happy Birthday” by the owner and ALL of the staff. They made me feel amazing! Kudos ladies!!! ??

Phenomenal experience. Customer service was excellent. Full set, nails and design by Lil Miss Bella ???? Exceptional job!

Ms. Toya is a phenomenal woman and nail tech. Her work is impeccable and she is the consummate professional. Ms. Vanity is a beast when it comes to her craft. I recommend Upscale to anyone who inquires on my nails. You will not be disappointed.

I wanted to love it. I really did. Got there at 10 for pedi. Greeted politely and with a smile. Fully aware I was a walk in, I was told 15 minutes. That they were painting and would be done soon. I SAW THAT THEY WERE PAINTING and assumed the same. There were 3 pedi chairs and all were being used. Went across street got a juice came back to wait. And wait and wait. Two techs just chillin. Maybe they had appointments I think. Nope because AFTER 11 an older lady walks in who i thought was another tech but- was the owner/boss. And what do you know NOW it’s my turn to get a pedI., by one of the techs that was hanging out at desk. And even tho she was polite and tried to make conversation at this point I’m annoyed and don’t want to speak. I tell her I’m just going to keep my headphones on. The pedi, just a basic pedi, im simple but for what was done. I could have done at home. I felt like I got a run thru the motions pedicure and I did because I was done and home by 11:30

I really had a good experience there. The lady was very professional. She was very thorough and I love it there. The ladies are really talented and I go there every time I get a chance. Thank you.
