Universal Coney Island

Coney Island. There are many Coney islands in Michigan. Just driving around you will see 1-3 around you. The best? I cannot even recommend or tell you. I’ve never had an exceptional experience. Everyone is just average. If everyone makes the same food, how does one pick a favorite? I guess it would depend on service. Fast service? Alway filling your order correctly? Is the inside a dump? How is the outside? This particular place? Everything seems to be working correctly. The drive-thru works. The only thing I would say bad is maybe make sure my order is correct. I was the only car and they still messed up my order. The major positive? They are open 24hr! Recommend

Dont go for breakfast the worst time not for being busy.I ordered at 9.00am 2-8-2025 in the morning a grilled salad $15.06.Remind you I just ordered one 2 nights before.A big diffrence not even comparable more food period. This dont even look like a $15.00 grilled chicken salad i took pics below.Night time they give you more food and its a big diffrence. Its not good when you ripping off the customer.Second problem and its always in the morning at this place never had a problem with the night crew.The people they got for the morning crew is horrible.Order the same dish in the morning vs night big diffrence they short change you in the morning its sad attitude is nasty needs to be closed down.I made a mistake and ordered on the morning big mistake their uncaring attitude and shorting you on your food is so noticeable never again my bad.Food is okay at best service is garbage.The young girls at the counter have an attitude on their phones talk any kind of way to their customers.Make mistakes with your order then get mad when you tell them about it.Price changes from menu to register when you ask they get mouthy and sassy with you just asking about price difference or food that's left off your order.This establishment is on Facebook with people complaining about the same exact thing don't go there save yourself the headache believe me you will be glad you did.Now I see why they are always empty and the coney islands around them are busy.Won't be back unless their is drastic changes.Check your food if you do choose to go their at your own risk caution and beware rip off.

We came here after a concert because it's hard to find a late night burger joint these days. It hit the spot! Great price, awesome staff, and our food tasted great!

I don’t really care that the outside looked trifling , but the lady at the window Saturday nights is bad for business, worst of all they got the nerve to give me a burger wit a completely soggy bun, im talkin like it was dipped in water , smh I’ve never even made a review on a restaurant before but this was egregious

Rude disrespectful little kids, taking orders and being very disrespectful when you’re asking for your food to be cooked a certain way
