Top Q Nails

This was the worst set of nails I've ever received. They were supposed to be ombre for my accent nails and they look awful. They are very thick by my cuticles and there are spots that are missing acrylic. I mentioned this to the lady doing my nails and she said they "looked good" to her and another lady working said she still needed to "drill them." She did not go back and fix them. I also originally ask to have them powder dipped and she started doing acrylic. I still had to pay $50 for them which is ridiculouswith how bad they look. I have gone to this specific Top Q nails before with decent results but I will not be returning there.

This place sucks! Where in the world do you walk in and show a picture of what you want, and they blatantly just do whatever they want to your nails? I asked for gel, and he did acrylic. i asked for Chrome he gave me white. Then I asked him how much for the full set? He said $50. While only charging my friend $45 I gave him $60 3 20 Dollar bills. And he gave me $6 in change blatanly taking his own tip from my money. In 4 days, all of the nails were lifting from the bottom. I had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place if somebody paid me and paid for full service no matter what? ???????????????????????????????????????? I don't even want to give them one star. As you can see, a nail broke, and underneath, it was a nail fungus. So I had to go pay to take them off .

I would not go back here even if it was free! They did a terrible job and do not recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else! Why? First… I told them how I wanted my French tips done, and they proceeded to do the manicure in their own way. After asking if they could do it the way I wanted the tech said she would have to start all over again. Didn’t seem to care about what I wanted done as the customer. Secondly… the nails were lumpy clumpy, and they started chipping less than 24 hours after the manicure. I returned to let them know and get it redone, and the tech was very unaccommodating, had me wait for an hour only to tell me that I should file the nails down, that will get rid of the chips! I expressed that it should not be chipped after 24 hours, and she barely retouched them. This is a picture after she fixed it. Don’t waste your time and money here. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I went August 15th 2021 for a simple French tip acrylic nail set. There was a man who had a blue flannel and a blue ball cap on with a long jagged sharp nail on his right hand.He continuously kept poking me with it to the point where I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt and to stop but he continued anyway. He did not listen to what I requested, he made my nails too short and the opposite shape I wanted. He didn't let me wash my hands after sawing the acrylic down and went right ahead into the CLEAR nail polish. There was acrylic powder dust painted into the acrylic nail so when I went outside or in light you could see all the dust inside of the nail. He was very rude when I went to go wash my hands after the fact without his permission, and he stood by the sink with me and watched. I will never go here again, I used to go here every month and it just got worse and worse. There was dust everywhere, polish peeling, and my nails looking horrible.

Got my nail done about 5 hours ago my pedicure take about 15 minutes and my manicure take about 10 minutes . I have to file my own nails because they didn't do the way I like it . it's a poor job I would not recommend anyone to go There. I get gel polish cost me $80 and when I came home look at the job that was done to me poor and awful. my gel nails polished lift and chip off. that Will be the first and last time for me to visit top Q nails place.
