Top Nails

only giving stars because whenever i come here for pedicures it’s fine. however i come in here frequently to get my nails off and usually it’s ok but today the lady didn’t even file them down. now i’m stuck with dried glue on my nails. then when i went to go pay she said “no cash?” for what reason idk, idk if she was expecting a tip for just taking off my nails without even bothering to file them down or what. USUALLY i do tip whenever they are nice to me, however she did not express any customer service. fairly dissatisfied, will try to make it a point to not come here again.

Five stars to the staff! And, the salon was very cute and clean. Not sure what happened, but I got the worst set of acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten in my life at this location. I looked through their Instagram and Google photos and their sets looked amazing! Used them for the first time on a Sunday since not many other places were open or had availability. My technician was extremely nice, but my new set turned out terrible. I kept trying to trust the process, but I have never seen his process ever before. Instead of using pink acrylic and then painting the french tips, he used a pink and then white acrylic to create the shape, which is almost impossible to create straight lines with. I ended up going to my normal salon and having them taken off the day after. Because he used two different acrylics and built the nail up so high to the point where it looked like it had grown out, it was extremely painful for the removal and I wasn’t able to have a new set put on. Two days lady and I have an infection in my pinky nail. I have NEVER had an infection from a salon before.

This used to be my favorite nail place but it’s gone down hill since the last time I was here. Seems like they can’t be bothered anymore, sloppy and don’t care enough to pay attention to detail.

Nails turned out ok. The girl forgot part of the design and then when she realized, she acted like it was my fault, even though the photo was in front of her. The single hand photo is what I got, the other is what I wanted.
