Top Nails

My best friend and I went in after work to get a full set because we’d been there before and they were awesome. This time however, they were TERRIBLE. Both sets are awful, the shaping, the service, the price was for some reason an extra $10. It was a PAINFUL service, I had 2 fingers bleeding and all the others are very sore because my technician was very rough! It was extremely unsanitary, they dip their brushes in the same jar of monomer for everyone, they don’t pour a little in anything to use it. While sitting there, another lady was sitting next to my best friend and asked them for a file to use ON HER FEET, and they give it to her, she filed her foot, not toenail, FOOT, and then the file was put back up on the desk to be used again on someone else… let’s not forget to mention, my best friend asked for coffin shape, as did I, they filed her nail too much and just went ahead and done an almond shape, and did not file them down at all afterwards. There’s acrylic on her skin under her nails. It’s just awful.

Tina is amazing! Been going to her for over 10 years. Will not go to anyone else.

The nails were poor quality and not worth the $50 i paid for. thankfully theyve been fixed by a much better nail place.

This is my 3rd visit getting my nails done. Everytime I've come before i go to the guy. And he asks me if i want gel nail polish.i always say no because i don't want to pay extra.i work in a factory my nails won't last. This time a girl took me and she didn't ask anything she just put the gel on and it looks horrible. Oh they said yes it dries fast it looks horrible. Also i get my nails done today and one breaks opening a plastic bag. I will be going tomorrow after work to complain. They charged me 45 dollars for one new tip and fill in. Last time it was 30 with 2 new tips and a fill in. I'm very dissatisfied. I will post what they say. It's sad though i have to go after my 10 hour shift, had they did the job right i could go home and relax.

I just moved here to Bowling Green for college and decided to try out Top Nails. All I asked for was a very simple nail design and dip nails. Tina absolutely butchered the design and then when I expressed I was unsatisfied with the outcome she still proceeded to charge me 65 dollars for horrible nails. Would not go here again or reccomend to anyone.
