Tokyo Hibachi Express

We were on the way to Kansas City from Eureka Springs and stopped here and it was a perfect way to wrap up our trip. We enjoyed that it was a food truck. The food was delicious, piping hot and fast. They were super friendly as well. We definitely recommend!

Heading back to Kansas City from Texas, we were craving Chinese and stopped here on a whim. We didn’t really know what to expect and were hoping with the higher prices the food would be worth it. We didn’t have to wait very long before our food was ready, which was pretty awesome considering we ordered 3 hibachi plates, crab Rangoon and 2 sushi rolls. It was too cold to sit outside so we all sat in the truck. At first glance the food looked amazing and was very plentiful. Taste wise it was awesome! So hot, fresh and flavorful. We stuffed ourselves because it tasted so good. For a hibachi and sushi food truck we were all pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be stopping again on our way through in the future.

Love their food! Burgers are delicious and so is the sushi, the noodles are great too! Best calamari around and their gyoza is pretty great too!

Crab ragoon? I dont see anything but a fried shell. It's pretty disgusting I got sick from this food. You can tell that the grill they use they don't clean. I can taste all the different meats they use. No flavor at all

Always good food! I’ve never been disappointed with their menu and for the amount of food I’ve ordered in the past, their prices are surprisingly good.
