The White Hart

I recently visited The White Hart and had an absolutely wonderful time! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The place has a charming ambiance, perfect for a relaxing meal. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into crafting each plate. Whether you’re there for a casual meal or a special occasion, White Hart truly delivers an exceptional dining experience. I spent a lovely time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere!

Popped in for a swift pint at the weekend and it was a very nice establishment...great choice of beverages

Pleasant pub with some outside Toad Halls to sit in . Food a bit : the Fortune of the Pot' - pizza which I liked but my 1/2 3/4 & 100% French daughter , grandson granddaughter and chef son-in-law thought wasnt up to much..

Food was pretty good but the service was absolutely shocking. Rude, miserable staff will mean we won’t go back or recommend the pub to anyone, in fact we will actively steer people away. One staff member swore at my friend when she highlighted her drink had been mixed incorrectly. Couple that with staff who grunted at you when you asked for another drink or a menu, add not being able to use the toilet at 10.15pm because it had “been cleaned for the night” being offered a wine listed when only one bottle was available all are for a pretty sorry experience I would suggest no one repeats ! Such a shame because the food was good but the service ruined the experience.

Lovely hosts! We came to celebrate a birthday with a few drinks, game of pool and brilliant food. The chef made us a hot meze platter to share - even though they had run out of something that was meant to go on it, he went out of his way to make us a unique one with complementary bread. The food was amazing, would definitely recommend the sucuk (spicy Turkish sausage)
