The Rib Steak House

The Rib Steak House was easy to get in with a beautiful waiting area where the waitress, Macie, will meet you and seat you, and as you are walking through to be seated, you will see a wonderful setting with plenty of comfortable booths, and tables as well. So Our waitress Macie gave us our menu and came back to take our order in a very reasonable amount of time. It didn't take long to bring our order out,and our food was excellent. We will go back the The Rib Restaurant, it was fabulous.

Thought we would try some place new to us for our Anniversary dinner. I even looked ahead at the menu so we already knew what we wanted when we got there. We order the Hollar Boy BBQ Plate. Witch came with pulled pork, brisket, and baby back rib 2 sides we got cole slaw and frys comes with complimentary beans. The ribs were so over cooked and burnt there was no meat and they were so salty, the brisket tasted like it had been boiled and was so tough you couldn't even chew it I ended up spitting it out. The pulled pork tasted the same like it had been boiled. They had no flavor what so ever. The cole slaw was nasty. The hand cute frys were under cooked and crunchy but had alright flavor. The beans were the only thing out of all that food that cost $50 that tasted good and they were free. The Rib is over rated and over priced. The waitress was nice and timely about bringing drinks and food.

I can honestly say that in Cassville finding an actual stake is not easy to do so having a place around that has one is quite fantastic. Their steaks are cooked almost to just about the perfect temperature when you ask for a good medium rare steak. Now beyond that I feel like their steaks could use a little more seasoning maybe a little more salt here and there but I do appreciate the doneness of the steak I can also say they're salad bar has quite a few wonderful options. Their bar area was certainly packed and had a lot going on especially on a Wednesday night. I would encourage anybody in the area looking for a nice meal and a cold adult beverage to check out the rib but be aware that the price is at the rib are quite a bit higher than you would expect to pay anywhere in Cassville. These prices reflect that of Rogers Arkansas or Springfield Missouri level restaurants. For two people it was an easy $100 bill and it we both only had a steak salad bar and one beverage each

I had to stop and write a review me and my husband went there tonight for our anniversary dinner. The steak was on point. One of the top 5 Steaks I have ever ate. This was our first time but it was just 1 of many stops. We will be back. Loved it all! Thank you and great job! We were very impressed!

Last night on the 15th of September I got married to my love, and we decided to go to this place for dinner. Our waitress was Maddie, she was so nice and sweet. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms (which where the best I ever had!) The loaded fries my husband was so happy with them, delighted they where delicious ????. Then we had side salads,green beans and asparagus with a huge steak cooked to perfection! The food was so amazing. ???? we where so happy we went there. We also had a slice of cake ???? and it was like a bakery made it.. we will be going back here it might be a little speedy, but it is all worth it. The food, staff and atmosphere ????
