The Harbor Restaurant

Wondered about this place for a few years and decided to find it. Food was very good and the presentation was better than average. Great view of the water. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service even though the restaurant was busy. Only reason atmosphere was not a five is because it was very loud.

We were visiting here from out of town and decided to pop in for the dog friendly patio. Our server, Kam, was amazing and on top of all of our needs. We were blown away by her fantastic service. The food was some of the best we've ever had! I would definitely recommend The Harbor Restaurant to anyone just passing through or lucky enough to live close by. The beautiful view was the cherry on top.

We have been here several times but Sundays are always the worst. They have a brunch menu and for some strange reason they have two choices as sides for the entrees: peaches or potato pancakes. They always run out of the potato pancakes before 1:00 pm. You can't get fries with anything on brunch day. Who wants peaches with a cheeseburger? The food is ok but the service was mediocre. We got our entree after 1 hour of waiting. We observed three tables who arrived after us get their food right away and one table even got dessert before we got our food. BTW, all 4 of us ordered cheeseburgers with small salads. Peaches with burgers grossed us out. Each time we go here we anticipate better food and better service but keep getting disappointed. Probably best to stay home and make your own food or drive into town. Not recommending this restaurant until we hear better reviews.

Great place and people. I'm with Liberty Jump Team, an Airborne Jump Team that Honors Veterans. The Harbor opened their door to us for our Team Dinner. We are all here for our Jump School and the Corsicana Airshow. Great Food and a wonderful time. If your in the area...Definitely stop by and check them out.

What a nice hidden treat. The big windows and nice view make it a relaxing atmosphere. Service is a little slow but was expected of a Sunday brunch day but it wasn't too terrible, everyone was so nice. The food was so yummy. The gravy for the chicken fried steak was really good. Eggs cooked perfectly how I ordered them. My husband had the burger and I stole a bite...that was amazing. The French toast was definitely different and delicious. They also had some delicious Iced tea (not to sweet, right on the money) The price definitely matched the experience. Great place, highly recommended. side note:bathroom was really clean.
