The Grill at Lake Oconee

It was great being able to eat at such a homey place with a great atmosphere. My only(and biggest) drawback was the customer service. Although the young lady was “nice” I had to ask way too many times for various items, refills, etc. The apathy and nonchalant attitude on provide me and my family service was not really something that I appreciate. The pork chop shown below though…. Amazing!!!

I am from out of town and I was driving in the area and spotted this restaurant and figured it give it a shot. I am so glad that I did! I got the sliders (and added bacon. The burger patty itself was so flavorful! The fries were cooked perfectly and also seasoned well. The staff members were so friendly and accommodating! I would make a special trip just to have those sliders again! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was on point and the waitress that waited on our table was great and courteous to us.. And that liquid Maryuanna was busting.. Will be back again

Food is okay. Staff is fine, but the owners are TERRIBLE. If you have a problem with your food, they don't offer a solution or even an apology. As restaurant owners you would think they would know about tipping ediquite, but do not bother to tip themselves when eating out. I am a server in the lake Oconee area and had the pleasure of serving them (for the second time) over a 100 dollar tab that they left ZERO dollars on. (Margaritas, appetizers, steaks, etc) They have done this on other occasions with other servers as well. I've never had anyone not tip me. I know I provide great service so it's just an issue on their end. Several other servers around here have had the same experience. I truly hope they don't treat their own staff the way they treat other restaurant staff and servers.

It was my first time going to this restaurant and I was a little bit skeptical. It looked like just bar food. However, the quality of the food and the service was very good. I will be back.
