The Egg House

first time trying out this place. the food was average for being a Sunday we got seated right away. It seems like a lot of locals come here. we ordered French toast and eggs plus sausage and bacon. also got an omelet with chile verde. we also got coffee cake on the house.

If not for my eye appointment in Simi Valley, I wouldn't have found this gem of a place. My husband and I shared our plates, his all-time favorite New York Steak and Eggs and my Crabcake Benedict, one of their house specialties. I even ordered a Crabcake Benedict to-go for my hungry daughter waiting at home! Well-prepared, sumptuous and delightful brunch! The servers regularly checked in with us on how we're doing. Just nice and hardworking people who value their work and their clients. Thank you, The Egg House. Two thumbs up for the great food and the quality service!

Cute, homey, hearty. $15 will fill your belly with fresh homemade goodness! Coffee flows freely. My plate was served quickly and the food was HOT and tasty. Two pieces of warm coffee cake drizzled with sugary frosting was served alongside my coffee - what an unexpected treat! Service was friendly. Seating was comfy and consists mainly of booths. There is a parking lot on the side that is shared with the adjacent businesses.

Current review: I was here sitting for 35 mins to get served. If you like fast services this is not a place for you. There were probably 4 tables occupied when we got there. But, still the service was SLOW ???? The soup of the Day was delicious ???? thumbs up ???? for that ???? Previous: Slow service, eggs don't taste fresh, Love the Onion rings???? the price is just about right???????? My husband likes ???? it. Not Mine ????

Came here after looking around for a breakfast spot near me. Definitely was not disappointed. All of the severs were friendly and food was delivered very quick. I ordered the enchiladas omlette. Absolutely amazing! Coffee was so so, not good and not bad.
