T N Nail & Skin Care

When we arrived for a scheduled appointment, we were told by Peter that we didn't have an appointment. Tammy did a sloppy job of painting my nails. We called back when we got home and noticed in the sunlight that my toe nails looked like my 5 year old granddaughter painted them. Tammy stated I could return and they would repaint my nails. This was a lie.We left them a message when they did not answer their phone a second time. Showed up the next day and Peter lied again.He stated they did not have a message. He said he had an appointment and could not repaint my nails. We walked up on him smoking a cigarette in front of his place of business. Didn't look like he had an appointment at that moment. Shady business!

My wife had a pedicure yesterday. We were first told by Peter that we didn't have an appointment, even though he was the one I made it with. The pedicure was done poorly. Polish strokes are visible. The skin on her toes have polish on them. Peter started the pedicure and Tammy finished it. During the pedicure. Tammy asked why we came here, there are many where we live. I later called and said we were not satisfied and could we come back and have them redone. Tammy said yes come in. I called back and left a message saying we could come back the next day at 10:30. When we came back, Peter said they had no message and they were busy. He was outside smoking a cigarette. This place did a poor job and made us feel unwelcome. Apparently they dont want new customers so if you are looking for a nail salon to go to, keep looking.

Re (Peter) was sweet and did a great job massaging my hands & feet. He didn't talk too much...just enough to engage and be polite. You can tell he enjoys living & working here. Place was neat & clean.

Went in today (June 27, 2019) and asked if they had time to do a full set with gel polish. They asked if I had an appointment and I told them no, but they let me sit anyway. He finished with the client before me and started on me right away. I asked him about the UV Acrylic's and decided I wanted to get that since I had such a great experience with it a few times before (different salon). When he started with the UV acrylic, he didn't go all the way down like I've seen done before, I figured he has his reasons and I didn't address it... He started filing after everything dried when his appointment walked in. I could tell he started rushing on my nails, especially with the way they were left. I have Gel Polish all over my hands, he didn't file any of my nails evenly, they still felt rough after the paint was put on, the paint looks clunky, he tried to wipe off the gel polish with his nail (mind you it was gloved and did not feel good on my cuticle), once he figured out it was only making it worse, he made me put my hand in the UV light and then grabbed the drill and put a heavy duty bit on it to try and REMOVE THE GEL POLISH OFF MY FINGER!!! After the polish was all dry, he grabbed a file and "tried" to smooth them out? why wouldn't that have been done BEFORE the polish was put on. I left after paying and bought my own file to fix the uneven thumbs and straighten some out. I do not think I will be back. I am leaving this review because I chose this salon for the 4stars they had... but I did not get 4 star service!

Very satisfied , I took my daughter as a bday treat and we love it, very clean and organized, 30 min in and out, they know how to get the nails done fast and I love the quality of product that they used.... not a stinky strong smell at all. I definetly recomend you this salon.... I am always in such a hurry and time is a luxury that I dont have..$40 well spent
