Swiches Coffee & Donuts

Stopped here randomly after my daughters dental appointment. We had an everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese as well as a cinnamon roll. The bagel was the softest best bagel I have ever had. The cream cheese was perfect. The cinnamon roll was as bug as by 11 year Olds head. Will be returning when we are in the area!

Great coffee! But selling moldy donuts. Only noticed it when my donut started tasting nasty. Will not be a returning customer! No thank you!

Great donuts! Price is criminally low for how much you get and the quality. Cute vintage vibe. We were happy that we made a stop here.

I'd give this 5 stars if the manager/supervisor didn't ruin a good customer-to-server interaction while I was here. I came in with my partner & he had to use the bathroom before ordering food, so I greeted the server & interacted with him. But then his manager started telling him not to sweep or do cleaning tasks when "serving customers," even though she also knew I was waiting on my partner to order. She proceeded to just take the broom from him while blabbling her mouth, which made me feel even more uncomfortable & in turn, embarassed for the server. That conversation could have waited until we left. But nope, she had to go make it awkward for the server AND a paying customer. Customer interaction is an important part of food & drink service; therefore, if I interact well with servers & management, I'm going to enjoy the place more. But I felt embarrassed for the employee & incredibly awkward as a customer there, all thanks to a conversation that could have waited until they were in private. The food was great, but if you ~must~ correct or address something to your employee, do it PRIVATELY! Not in front of the customers. Your employees deserve to be treated with more dignity & respect than that.

I went here on New Year's Day with my sister and the staff was friendly I only got a cherry ???? donut ???? and it was the best donut I recommend this place to anyone who wants great service and delicious food I will be going back there
