Supreme Tire

I'm a return customer to this business. I've recommended this business to friends but my service experience today was disappointing. I've gotten accustomed to getting estimates that include the brand of tire and full price "out the door". Today I nearly had to beg for these details and the person helping me almost seemed annoyed that I would bother to know the price of new tires after I was immediately offered used tires...I was given one option and one price delivered with a take it or leave it type of demeanor. Pushed for time, I took the new tires. I also had to ask for valve stem caps all while dealing with unpleasant attitudes. Did I get the oh so familiar invoice of service received? Not at all, it wasn't even offered. Discussed these details with my friends that made me a customer in the beginning they giggled and said, "Yeah, they aren't what they used to be." In summary, job done but the familiar pleasant interaction seems to be a lost art in my previously highly recommended local business.

Won't go anywhere else for tires from now on! I wish I had caught the name of the guy we mainly dealt with, because he was as honest as they come. We were about to get a used tire with uneven tread, but he pointed out a more even one and assured us "same price!" You don't get that from businesses these days. And no hidden fees or anything. What they quoted us was what we paid. Thank y'all. God bless!

They have excellent prices for tires. Buy a set of 4 and get 2 free rotations.

I needed 2 tires for my tractor, and they had both of them in stock. Mounted and in/out less than an hour.
