Super Q Market

I’ve never been. The reviews were very mixed. I took a chance. It did not pay off. First of all the store itself smells terrible. It smells like rotting fish and meat. The store inside was very dirty. Almost all the produce was covered in mold. I saw some wrapped meat also had mold. Almost all the boxed and bottled items expired weeks to months ago, and some over a year prior. Nothing was fresh. It all was rather upsetting to me. I came because my son has an interest in trying foods and beverages from Japan and other Asian countries. I’m glad I came without him because he would have been so upset. I made no purchases. I was tempted to take photographs however I felt very intimidated in the space. One of the employees was watching the customers shop. There were only 3 shoppers including myself. I will be like the numerous poor reviewers. I will not be back.

Absolutely love the Super Q. Lots of awesome imports that can't be found anywhere else.

The staff were not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude, showing a complete disregard for basic customer service. Their attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This raises serious questions about business ethics.

You can shop Chinese, Indian and Thai grocery items. I love their Jack Fruit. Friendly service. Good place to buy dried fish and fresh vegetables. Also they have seafood, various eggs and meat items.

Great place to shop, they have a few ingredients you don't usually find in the super markets, the people are very nice and they serve everyone with respect. I would definitely be recommending this place to anyone who is interested in buying groceries, specially if you are looking for Chinese groceries..in general great place..
