Sunshine Car Wash

I paid for Package #1 ($35) and even left a $20 tip because I appreciate the hard work, especially in this cold weather. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service. When they called me over, saying my truck was ready, I noticed the seats hadn’t been wiped down at all, and the vacuuming was incomplete. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. I spoke with someone who sent over another employee. He then left it looking like this. Imagine how it looked before this guy came to “ re do “ it ….

You are literally in and out in 5 mins just as they proudly advertise. Quite possibly the worst car wash I've had in some years. For some reason I decided to add ceramic sealant for $10 as you can see from the pictures how the car looked prior to wash. When it came to drying, these guys put in zero effort just so can get out in 5 mins lol. I asked the guy to wipe out any watermarks because you can see how they look when dried up, and his response was I'm busy. At this point I went to the manager and asked him to do their job to which he came out asked his guy to do it properly and you guys can see the results by the time I got home. This is what a $35 car wash is like. Kudos to this place! First and last time with this place. I'd rather park my car in the rain than go to this car wash again!

I wanted and paid for wash NO wax tires tires hub caps interior windows thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming and they did a poor very poor job. I got waxed when I did not want wax. Dirt was still in the door coin holders and cup holders still had stains on it. Vacuum was poorly done. They left a lot of specs on the floor boards. Not all interior windows were cleaned! Very upset. And there was no line behind me. They only had 3 cars being completed. This was this past Saturday. I’m going there today to inform them of my displeasure with their services.

Very reluctant to go there the last time I went because in the past they didn't do a good job. The place I wanted to try was closed so ended up going here. I really wanted my car washed. Worst car wash ever. Wasn't cleaned throughly. Water spots all over hatch, rear mirror, and both passenger windows that looked horrible bc it had previously snowed. So the spots were white. I will not patronize this carwash anymore. I understand that the mission is for the car wash to be fast, but it also should be productive and not rushed to the point my car is still dirty. Same results several times. That's it for me.

I went to wash my car here and came out my left 2 tires where flat. I talked with the people there, didn’t communicate with me or even called the manager to talk to me. I had to fix my tires which both cost me $160. I don’t recommend you to go there.
