Sullivan Park

Great RC experience. 1st time and beginner of 1:10 RC TRUCK. My grandson is 6 years old and he's a great driver. Amazing track. 3 huge jumps have to JUMP CLEAR or you will damage that $500 RC. Wished Bathroom was closer. Hard for 6 year old to control his RC from Deck with 4feet wall had put 4 rocks so he could see OVER and Control His RC. but great experience would do it again.

Took the grands to the rc track. The park area has quite a few home challenged people using it for a restroom, laundry and electric outlet place.

Right by the river plenty of space and normally not very busy. I enjoy taking a break and enjoying a small bit of nature that’s calming.

Great place for a picnic. It has lots of great trails and the river is accessible. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of drug usage around the park and it seems like a place for lots of "hookups" Lots of couples staying in their vehicles type thing. Not exactly an easy thing to ignore when you have teenagers.

Homeless have taken over the park. Over the past 6 years, it has become worse and worse. Park police cannot keep up with the trash dumped and homeless encampment. I always must carry a weapon here to feel safe. Not good for young children or families.
