I’m very displeased with the service I received and how my order turned out! I ordered 2 dozen of jumbo females! For one they weren’t jumbo at all, all of the legs were off the crabs! Literally just in the bag and not even the little legs were attached. The crabs were extremely over cooked I couldn’t even eat the legs! I felt like I was provided the service I was simply because when I talked to them I asked could I split the payment they told me no then I said well I would like to pay for one dozen then someone will pay for the other the girl said okay then when I arrived they made me pay for them with one payment anyway. If I would have known I would have just canceled the order! Never again!

Let me say the crabs are good And usually the sizing is good but this time not so much. I order 1/2 bushel mix females s/m/l. I do understand that it’s a mixture. I have gotten bushels before. This time I got a box of babies and smalls. some of these should not have made the cut. They were also lite.

If you love crabs I suggest you pick this place. I’m a crab lover! I’ve know good quality crabs when I eat them. Steamin Demons is one of the top places in Essex that have great crabs. The size are always consistent & the taste is alway flavorful.

I've been to this place twice and both times I had EXCELLENT customer service. It's my new fav place to get my seafood. The first time I bought 1/2 bushel of females and they were steamed to perfection. I love steaming my own so on the second visit I purchased 1/2 bushels of live females and they were good sizes for the price.

I have been a supporter for many yrs and they have never let me down! Customer service is great and they are my goto for crabs!
