Me and My mother came here for lunch it was a great Choice. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and My mom got chopped steak with green beans and Pinto beans. We also got a banana split The strawberry Ice cream was absolutely delicious. They were a little bit slow but thats Because they don’t have much help. Overall, we got a lot of food And the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be coming again!!

Quality of food is not the same under new management. The food I had recently from their establishment was ok, not great; they close at 10pm but I got there a little after 8pm and they had ONLY a few small pieces of fried chicken (no other meat), baked beans,, potato salad, string beans, and a hard corner of mac & cheese which they charged full price for. A 3 out of 5 stars is accurate.

We've been wanting to try this place for a while & was finally able to. Food was really good, staff was very nice, enjoyed the Christian music that was playing. Pound cake was a little dry but other than that, we really enjoyed everything. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed today! We have stopped at Smileys for years, literally every time we travel I81. Our daughter has recently become gluten free medically and cannot have it. I inquired with the young man about my concern and was asking specifically about if they had any BBQ sauce that was gluten free. He showed what he knew when he said that bread was probably the only thing with gluten in it. I asked if a manager could assist and he walked off for a min to return saying no one knows anything about this. As a restaurant, someone there should be able to answer this question. Better yet, even put on the menu board which sauces are gluten free. We left because the young man we talked to had no interest in assisting further and could really care less about my daughter’s health situation with gluten. Yes, we will return again as we love the food but not when my daughter’s health situation is with us. I hope to see a change in the knowledge of those who take orders or at least management.

I definitely did not feel welcomed. The owner looked at me as if I did not belong there and asked if I needed something. I mean, it’s a restaurant what do you think? I let him know that I had to go order in which he did not respond. He was very kind to the white lady behind me though. Maybe he is not used to seeing Black people. I don’t even care how the food taste and I won’t be leaving a review on it. The cashier and the lady who took my order was very nice. Edit: No season on burger
