I have been going to this dentist for 5-7 years. The front desk staff is amazing and very friendly. Usually Bobby cleans my teeth. He tries to be gentle since my teeth are very sensitive to cold. I usually have the wife dentist, but both of the dentists are great. I have never had a problem going to them, and I'm a dental assistant at another office. I recommend them 100%. Thank you!

During my initial appointment, I found out that some prior work from another dentist had failed. I was panicking and the staff were so incredibly sweet and gave me some time to calm down. During my appointment today, Dr Silva was very understanding about how a separate health condition affects the efficacy for local anesthetics and was very reassuring that she would listen to and work with me through the whole thing, both issues I've had previously at other practices. She communicated clearly and effectively, telling me every step of the process and what they were doing for each step. The staff I've interacted with so far have been saints and right now, I couldn't be more relieved that I've found them.

I multiple chronic health conditions that makes my care less than straight forward and my oral health less than ideal. I’m also on Medicaid and I’ve found some dental clinics treat me differently because of that. They’ve always treated me well there and while I still have horrible dental anxiety I am happy with my care. I’ve moved to HP and switched to a dentist here but they weren’t a good fit at all. I’ll be sticking with Silva and Silva until I can find a closer dentist that I’m comfortable with.

Amazing dentist, friendly staff and knowledgeable and doesn’t make you wait long, very attentive and informative of all your questions and needs, well ran and organized place! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient for I believe almost 5 years now. Every single time I have gone to my appointments I feel very safe and comfortable in the staffs hands. I cannot think of the assitants name, but she is so freakin kind! I literally hope every time I go that she is there bc she makes the experience stress free. I also started taking my daughter who was scared of the dentist originally, but after she met everyone & saw how nice they were, she isn't afraid anymore. They helped us pop out two pesky baby teeth in no time!! I hope to continue my care here as I've never had any issues in getting the work I need done succesfully and safely. I say this bc I have needed 4 fillings over the years as dental problems run in my family, and I do not want to go somewhere I may be mistreated or discriminated against. I also never really have to wait long to be seen nor do my appointment times run super long. Dr Silva knows what she is doing ???????Both of us are Medicaid reciepients and we are not treated differently bc of that. They do send you several reminders, even on the day of your appointment which is super helpful for me bc I do forget appointments often.
