SCT Pit Stop

No service was completed. In the past, I’ve visited this shop for tire leaks/issues with no appointment on a couple of occasions, and they were quick to assist. Today, however, after waiting for them to open 20 minutes late, the service tech rudely advised that they were appointment only and couldn’t assist. I understand that things happen, but customer service and consistency are paramount. I drove down the road to another shop who promptly assisted and had me out the door within 10 minutes. Don’t visit for any reason without an appointment, regardless of circumstance because they may or may not assist you.

We were on a road trip to Florida me the wife and 4 kids and had a unexpected wheel bearing failure 1000 pluss miles from home after making a few calls to the local area and were no help one finial call to them please bring it we will take a look right away as if I was a long time customer or friend of the family Nothing but class and professional service got our yukon back on the road in a quick and timely matter . So happy the other places couldn't look at it or didn't even answer the phone .I dont think we would of gotten the same service Absolutely recommend this mechanic shop to anyone coming this way for any repairs or services. Side note super clean waiting area and restrooms. Shop was also very impressive.

Had a blowout on my camping trailer. They put a new tire on my rim in 15 minutes. Great job guys!!

I do not care what you think you know about car repair!!!! This place is absolutely the top of the line!!! I don’t even want to right this because I don’t want anyone to know how wonderful this place is!!! They are the best of the best !!! The top of the line!!! The whos who’s who of what you wish you could have in car repair!! I don’t even want to say this because I don’t want anyone to know how amazing this place is… but yes please don’t believe it so I can keep my people all to myself

I have brought my vehicle here multiple times and they are super honest and reasonable. They even took photos of my engine at no charge when a local dealership was lying to me about my car diagnosis. I would recommend Pitstop to anyone!
