Very unprofessional. I came to get my spare off & a new tire replacement . After putting on the new tired I gave cash payment. I noticed my spare tire on the ground so I nicely asked could he place it in the truck. After mumbling something under his breath, he opened my trunk & through the tire in on top of my daughters stroller. I then asked him nicely can he help me place it in the under courage of the trunk correctly where it goes. He then states his policy doesn’t allow him to go into a customers car. ??????????? but he did indeed go inside of my car to get the tire to begin with. Very unprofessional & I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

Now that Scott's Tires is under new management, the customer service is excellent. I met the new owner this past weekend, and he was very professional. I'm looking forward to going back in the future.

This is my second time going to this location and they were very helpful. I was able to get my tire plugged. The price is reasonable and we'll worth the customer service.

The gentleman that took care of us was so pleasant, kind and very professional. When his work was done he even helped us to get back into traffic. The service was fast and efficient. Thank you.
