I always go to Sammy she's the best nail tech ever she's such a sweetheart and for my pedicures I always ask for Nine, she's very detailed with my toes and doesn't awesome job!!

Truly disappointed. I’ve gotten my nails done here many times before and have never had an experience like this one. I came in for a fill 2 days ago and didn’t like how they came out. Mind you they were short square pink nails. I came in today to get them fixed hoping I would be satisfied this time. They had 3 different people doing my nails! I explained to each of them why I didn’t like them yet, none of them were able to fix my nails. I got pink French tips but the acrylic underneath were 2 different colors. I pointed it out and asked them to fix it, but they didnt. Once she finished I asked again to fix the acrylic underneath and she replied with, “ nextime come in and get a fill. Is that not what I came in for? I don’t recommend! How is it that a customer comes in politely asking for something and you can’t deliver CLEARLY seeing the nails look bad.

Honestly horrible experience, I called ahead asked if they offered a soak off. They said they did and I went over expecting a soak off . As soon as I sat down the lady started clipping the acrylic as normal. Then she brought a nail and started ripping off the acrylic off my nail. It was painful and I told her. She didn’t care and proceeded. I then realized the acrylic was coming off with layers off my nail and length. I then told her this was not a soak off. She was trying to be quick and just peel the nails off . My nails were left super brittle and sensitive. Even touching them is painful. I expressed it was painful and she removed the remaining 3 fingernails the soak off method. However the damage was done.

The worst nail place I’ve been at in Stockton. The lady didn’t let me pick my color. Clearly they didn’t know what she was doing with my nails and three of my nails are completely crooked with bubbles in them. Really the worst nail salon in the world I have to have somebody else do them and I had mold under my nail. I will be calling the health department the worst place to get your nails done so rude and stand over you to make you give them a tip and now the owner and their comment says they don’t recall the services. Well, you had an older woman do it and she had no stuff at her desk. She had to get it from somebody else. I’m sure my bank statement showing you it would be more than enough proof of the bad quality service. She didn’t even let me pick out the pink I wanted she brought the one that she thought and then when I told her I wanted gel, she told me oh yeah it’s gel and not to mention when I called the number, they provided in every comment, including mine the last few days they’re not there I notified the health department on Friday

The reason why im leaving a bad review is because i ask for short red french nails . Idk why they are rude tried to conversat with the lady ignored me n rolled her eyes,but ima set this straight i had a TRANSLATOR EARBUDS in my ear n they started laughing, when the girl started my nails completely disgusting keep ur negativity comments to yourself,when she did the heart design she messed it up and started laughing but she also over charged me alot n the nails didnt come out good at all, very unprofessional n its not about miss communication no its that you keep negative comments to yourself nothing shouldnt be told when working very disrespectful in that case yall shouldn’t be doing anyones nails. Business should be gone. Honestly If u wake up on a bad note dont go to work, part of your job is to fix other women’s and mens nails without any disrespect comments, very rude and this wasnt the first time, so i gave her a 1$ tip, cause thats how i feel my nails came out. In that case i could buy press ons way better than theres so and mind you this a nail salon were talking about. Unprofessional people rude and disrespectful place dont go there at all tall think there conversating with eachother no there laughing at all the clients skin and nails disgusting they are do not recommend at all.
