Sanno Grill

Very busy, take outs galore. 5 officers eating next to us. Had the 2 of super sanno one with veggies.. It has gone from $27.99(?) To $38.99 during the pandemic and inflation. Steak was still red inside and one plate was sent back (1/2) to cook some more and still came back pink. One waitress over worked (4month old daughter) attentive and did good. The older lady at the register, was in a world of her own. Super Sanno comes with "a" sweet tea, my daughter & grand had sodas so the waitress was going to swap the sodas for the tea. Told the older lady not to worry about. She said she made it and we would enjoy it and brought them any way. Ask for ginger sauce she said $1.00 each, and later said she was going to make us happy and brought 2 saying no charge. Now that was after the waitress had brought us one. Overall my daughters favorite place. She chose the celebrate her 5th grade graduation there.

Ordered 3 sushi rolls and could not finish them. The tuna was fresh, but the shrimp and the cucumbers weren't. The rolls fell apart immediately and were not rolled correctly. Service was fast and nice, but this restaurant is struggling and was not properly staffed. The atmosphere was tense.

Have been coming to this place with my boyfriend for three years. Always had excellent service wether we ate in or ordered to go, and the food was always delicious. The order was always correct and we left very satisfied. We were fine with the prices going up because it was always good. However every time lately it's been hit or miss. A few weeks ago the rice tasted sour so we didn't want to risk eating it. And today is just a big let down. This was supposed to be hibachi steak extra mushrooms and extra rice (I always order this). I haven't even touched it yet but there's zero mushrooms and obviously not extra rice. He always gets hibachi steak, medium well with no veggies and extra rice and what he got is in the second picture. Should've checked the bag before we left ???? wasn't worth the money spent. After taking the first bite it sadly tastes like a homemade trial using the cheap flavour packets from the grocery store. We're not finishing it for a fourth time. From getting orders wrong, missing veggies, putting veggies in both (he doesn't eat veggies) and overcharging for crappy food quality. It's safe to say we won't be returning unfortunately. I generally don't write reviews but I'm extremely disappointed because I was really craving this! TL;DR - The food quality is not worth the price anymore. Got fed up of constantly getting our order wrong and being disappointed/ not being able to eat the food.

Steak was tasty and cooked right food came out super fast and all of it tasted good

Amazing food and great, helpful professional staff. It has a great vibe and atmosphere. I love the Teryaki Steak, Chicken and sushi, I usually get the TNT roll. The kids enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken. I make it a thing to come down from Columbia atleast 3 times a month to get Sanno's.
