San Vicente Restaurant

I have been here plenty of times since I live a few blocks away..The customer service has always been the best. I get greeted as soon as I walk in. Never had an issue. Also, the waitin time on the pupusas of course its gone take sum time..THEYRE HAND MADE!! theyre made right at the spot for you..you dont want no preheated Pupusas. I can eat their pupusas all day!!

Came here to order some food but nephew and I had to use the bathroom except for the old lady there and the old man were extremely rude about us not using the bathroom until we ordered first which is unfair as I couldn’t concentrate on what I wanted to order since i had to badly use the restroom once I was greeted with that type of behavior from a restaurant that I am about to give my hard earned money to we need to stop letting these restaurants treat us as if we’re not the reason for the establishment staying open in the first place then the rude old lady wants to humiliate us some more by yelling for us to leave and get out if I could give this place zero stars I would. Learn to be kind never will I come here again

I ordered 30 pupusas got home, and i was missing 2. Called them to let them know and said that i was wrong and no pupusas were missing, and i was lying on top of the owners being rude. They lost me as a customer.

The food its ok, i manly visit for the pupusas wich are good. Other than that costumer service from the lady im guessing she's the owner, its really bad she has a big mouth talking to costumers and always gets orders wrong and instead of admiting her mistake she always blames the costumer so you pretty mich either pay for whatever she wrote on your order or re do your order and wait another whole hour for them to cook it. Wait time its also very long. Literally if you order 4 pupusas it for sure is gona be 1 hour never less. I give it 2 stars because the pupusas are good enough.

The lady I'm assuming is the owner is extremely rude! She gets upset when you don't pay cash. She told me paying with my debit means you don't have money and are broke. She pointed to the stack of receipts and said look at all these customers who pay with cash. She informed me next time to come with cash. Overall she is very rude and the Pupusas are decent they lack filling and are mainly dough! I highly don't recommend this restaurant take your money elsewhere.
