Salon Impressions

I have been coming here for 10 years and I have to say, I love how I feel when I leave this salon. Zita does my hair, she is understanding that I need a really early appt, so she meets me at 5am just so I can get my day going. I love how my guys hair cuts are done by Verenice. My son has been getting his hair cut by her since he was a baby. She is very patient and gentle with them.

Simple haircut for a child and two French braids later.. 45$ I called to complain about the haircut after she took her braids out and noticed that her hair was not straight at all… and they said to bring her back to get it fixed but they could not refund the money and no one else but the lady who messed it up can fix it. Do not go here! God forbid something go wrong and they will not take accountability.

Was disappointed with the end result because I asked for a blue black hair on my virgin hair, had it bleached, only for my hair to look black again. The blue couldn’t even be seen in the sun even after I left it after my appointment. After I got home I noticed my really short layered hair (asked for long layers) was uneven. This is my last time coming here because I was left feeling insecure and drained of my $190 hair. The only good thing I can say is that at least my hair feels healthier since I was due for a haircut and hair will grow.

First of all they took my appointment at the time I needed it a day before my event, second of all they made my hair look how I wanted it (Hollywood glam) and third of all the day I went cicero was flooding I had to park two blocks down and after having my hair done the owner or manager was extremely helpful and nice by asking her son to drive me to my car two blocks away so I wouldn’t ruin my hair.they went above and beyond that day. So grateful!
