Stumbled upon this crazy little spot at Jerome Mr. Gas, and boy, oh boy, was it a fiesta for the senses! Reviews on yelp lead me astray 24$ later of disappointment. My husband and I were going to share the large nachos and I ordered the taco salad for my self. What we were not expecting was the lack of flavor and the time it took for subpar nachos . We didn’t even take more than a couple bites of the nachos. My chicken in my taco salad was very bland . The food cart next door had way better food for a third of the price .

The food was way better than you would expect for essentially a gas station stop. We ate here twice on our last trip. I had the salad and enchiladas. The enchiladas came with a chicken drum stick that was so amazing now I want to go back and get their chicken plate. You will be a happy traveler, if you stop here.

Literally just finished eating the Idahoan and I had to leave a review because it's the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had.

Great Mexican food. Super Fresh and Quality was a 10 ! Super cool venue with TVs open Ceiling -polished concrete floors. This place was clean as a whistle ! Pico de Gallo/salsa was Brisket was the winner. Brisket Tacos Excellent ! Burrito was Soooo good - grilled tortilla always a good sign. The rice inside was perfect. Very light. Asada meat was good cheese had a great flavor. All the ingredients really pairs well together. And the Burrito ???? is Huge. If your driving thru or live nearby this Rosti’s is a winner !!!!
