Rose-Rich Shopping Center

Not great. The dollar tree and the shops are friendly and have affordable items. There are a lot of homeless people who hang out around there. They make messes and panhandle.

You know what to expect around here, decent shops and the usual panhandler.

I do very little shopping here. The parking lot has pot holes, cracks, and is not well marked. You need to watch out, very carefully, for other cars. Construction on Hwy. 90A has been going for YEARS. As it lingers on and on, people seem to use this shopping strip as a cut-through to Lane Street, the first or last street in Rosenberg city limits on Hwy 90A, depending on which way you're traveling.
