My air conditioner quit working on a hot day while I was driving around downtown Naples. It wasn't until other systems started shutting down that I realized it was not the a/c, but rather, the alternator - I was running off my battery and it was getting low. I cruised into Roland's and was treated incredibly well. Despite being very busy with scheduled work - my plight was addressed immediately. When there was some trepidation in telling me the battery MIGHT need to be replaced - I knew I had found a gem! My alternator and battery were replaced at an appropriate price and I had my vehicle later that same day. I'm only here seasonally, but when I need work done - Roland will get it all - and I'll make an appointment next time!

Alex went above and beyond in helping me solve a complex issue with my car. He was professional and responsive in diagnostics. Most importantly, he fixed my issue at a reasonable rate. He will be my “go to and trusted mechanic” moving forward; 5 stars!!

I am so glad to find this place in Naples it is a treasure. 100% you can trust this business they are honest and fair priced. Services I had done were rear engine main seal, oil pan seal, drain plug and transmission filter and fluid replacement. Very good work!

This is my second appointment with Roland. He is very professional, informative, seemed very knowledgeable and answered our questions. I needed my oil pan replaced on my 2006 Hummer and was able to sit right here and see the work being done and the parts come out. Adianes, Roland's wife gave me several options for getting my car fixed and explained the invoice in detail. I am very pleased and will use Roland Auto Services in the future. Roland has done alot of work for me over the years. If he says it , it is true. Always know him to be very conservative, not a parts replacer . Great man, always personable a problem solver not a maker.
