Rock Bottom Seafood & Grill

The folks at Rock Bottom are terrific, and my parents love to eat here almost weekly. The restaurant has a lazy southern personality to it, and the seafood is reasonably priced for good quality. The waitresses are always friendly and helpful. It's worth the visit.

I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA TO EAT AT ROCK BOTTOM SEAFOOD, AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! THE SHRIMP WERE GREAT, THE CATFISH FILLETS WERE OUTSTANDING, THE SWEET TEA DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER, AND THE LADIES WERE ALL SUPER NICE AND WERE ON THE BALL. AND JARED D IS ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH !! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ! THANK YOU.....

Let me start by saying our server was very nice I didn't get his name but we were a big party and he was exceptional. The food just wasn't it for my liking. The catfish filets weren't seasoned and because they were so thin some parts seem more like batter than fish. The coleslaw seemed like it was pureed the texture really ruined it for me. The fries were enjoyable. Everything was fresh and I appreciate that. Food overall just lacked that wow factor. We drove an hour so I was a little disappointed for sure.

My wife wanted to have seafood while we were in Thomasville Ga so she suggested rock bottom. The place although standard had a good vibe and surprisingly the staff were great. We informed the waitress that it was our first time there, she was happy to help and the was great when it came. The presentation was to me better than the actual food but my wife loved it and vowed to return.

If there were 10 stars they would get that too. Went on busy nite. Got a seat right away. My food came out within 10 mins and was some of the best shrimp EVER. They were huge. Couldn't eat one in 2 bites. Catfish were great as well. Super job
